An award winning venue and exceptional service set us apart as the premier venue in Davis County, yet we offer a tremendous value. Please compare! We can tailor an event to fit within most budgets.

All reception packages below include: rental of the entire facility, (not just a room), from 4:00 to 10:00 pm. Our best-in-class gardens including, pergola, courtyard, gazebo; the largest parking lot of any reception center in the area; the expansive 7000 sq. ft., 600 guest capacity, ADA compliant Manor – complete with Bride’s Room, Groom’s Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Ballroom, Parlor, Greeting and Sitting Rooms. Our discount for your out-of-town guests at the Country Inn and Suites just 3 blocks away. Our packages are flexible, and can be customized. The gardens and Manor are always in demand for bridal and engagement photo shoots; your booking includes this opportunity.

Our vendors, (photographer, florist, DJ, etc), are highly talented, reasonably priced, familiar with the Manor and recommended. However, if you have favorite vendors or others you feel are more suited to your needs than those offered in our packages, you are most welcome to use them.

The Essentials Package – $1895.00

The Mini Package – $2395.00*

The Classic Package – $2995.00*

This package brings a party atmosphere to your event and includes items in the Essentials Package:

      • Disc Jockey – 3 hours of arguably the state’s best DJ!
      • Wedding Cake – Three layer ‘Vintage Fondant’ cake or equivalent.
      • Send-off Celebration – Sparklers or bubbles.
      • Limousine – Limousine service (one hour) to your hotel.

The Victorian Package – $3445.00*

This package adds your choice of best values to the items in the Essentials Package:
