RECEPTION CENTER SERVICES

The Manor at Eldredge Square is a unique and historic wedding center – perfect for the bride who wants more than just another pretty hall. As a Utah historic landmark, the Eldredge Manor remains a romantic venue for hosting wedding receptions, ceremonies and luncheons. Our experienced staff love their work and obsess with customer service.

Wedding Receptions
Exceptional service and elegance set us apart, yet we offer a tremendous value when compared to other top-rated reception centers. We can tailor an event to fit within most budgets.

The reception package you select below always includes the rental of the mansion and entire gardens for your reception from 4:00 to 10:00 pm together with various other items. You also can schedule the building or gardens (waterfalls, bridges, gazebo) on an earlier day to shoot your bridal or engagement photographs. The packages are flexible. You may build your own package or add, delete or upgrade items within your package.

Our vendors, (photographer, florist etc), are highly talented, reasonably priced and recommended. However, if you have favorite vendors or others you feel are more suited to your needs than what we offer in our packages, you are most welcome to use them. Our In-house catering is the only required item and is additional. Please refer to our menu.


The Essentials Package is $2185.00. It includes the following items:

Amenities – Available for you to use are:

  • Baby grand piano
  • Plasma HDTV/DVD
  • Indoor and outdoor sound systems
  • Linen or lace table cloths
  • Fine china and silverware
  • Family room with TV/VCR and game tables
  • Floor easels for your large bridal portraits
  • Guest registry pen
  • Cake knife and server
  • Bride and Groom gift baskets

Personnel – An experienced wedding consultant/planner plus a hostess to oversee your event while you're off enjoying your guests

 


The Mini Package is $2575.00

This package adds three convenience items to the Essentials Package:

Spa Treatment – A one-hour massage for the Bride.

Limousine
– Limousine service (one hour) to your hotel.

Wedding Cake –
Three tiered 'Simply Sarah' cake or equivalent.

 


The Victorian Package is $3325.00

This package adds our best values to the items in the Essentials Package:

Limousine – Limousine service (one hour) to your hotel.

Photography
Two locations, (5 hours).

Three tiered 'Vintage Fondant' cake or equivalent.

 


The Custom Package is $3375.00

This package includes wedding stationery etc. to the Essentials Package:

Printing – Your choice of up to 400 invitations with a wide variety to choose from; 300 napkins - printed if you desire; 50 ceremony cards and 200 thank you cards.
($3000.00 for up to 250 invitations, 250 napkins, 150 thank you notes.)
(Also, with this package the printing can be exchanged for flowers)

Limousine – Limousine service (one hour) to your hotel.

Spa Treatment – A one-hour massage for two.

Wedding Cake – Three tiered 'Vintage Fondant' cake or equivalent.

 


The Select Package $3950.00

Musician – A pianist on the grand piano for the evening.

Ice Sculpture – Personalized ice sculpture with engraved names.

Wedding Cake Three tiered 'Vintage Fondant' cake or equivalent.

Flowers – Fresh flower center pieces and two arrangements; one small and one buffet table arrangement.

Photography – Two locations, (5 hours).

Printing
– Up to 400 invitations, chosen from our wide variety; 300 napkins, printed or plain; 50 ceremony cards and 200 thank you notes.

The Deluxe Package is $4985.00*
This package includes almost everything but the dress to the Essentials Package:

Printing – Up to 400 invitations, chosen from our wide variety; 300 napkins, printed or plain; 50 ceremony cards and 200 thank you notes.

Flowers – Fresh flower center pieces and two arrangements; one small and one buffet table arrangement.

Photography – Two locations, (5 hours) plus bridals and engagements.

Spa Treatment
– A one-hour massage for two.

Wedding Cake – Three tiered cake.

Ice Sculpture – Personalized ice sculpture with engraved names in hearts.

Limousine – Limousine service (one hour) to your hotel.

 


Daytime Packages – Deduct $600.00.

Daytime packages are the same as above. The hours are between 11:00am and 3:00 PM (4 hours). You must be completely out by 3:00pm to avoid overtime charges.
